When do you deliver and pick-up?

We do our deliveries and pick-ups in Calgary and Airdrie between 6 and 8pm, 7 days a week. One person from your group is required to be in attendance when the sauna is delivered and picked-up.

Where can I use the sauna?

Typically, customers use the sauna in their driveway. When you contact us about a booking, we'll work with you to make sure that you have a suitable location for the sauna.

Can I tow the sauna?

How big is the sauna?

The trailer is approximately 7 feet wide by 16 feet long, and enjoys 7 foot ceilings.
It has a hot room and a front room. The front room has hooks for your towels and robes, a countertop for your drinks, and cabinets for storage.

How many people fit in the sauna?

6 people will comfortably fit in the hot room at once.
As we encourage you to rotate between hot, cold, and rest periods, a larger group of people may be able to enjoy the benefits of the sauna, each session.

Do you deliver outside of Calgary and Airdrie limits?

Within reason, we will deliver outside of City of Calgary and City of Airdrie limits for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

How should I use the sauna?

We encourage you to keep the sauna at 60-85 degrees Celsius (as per AHS standards) and to do multiple rounds of hot and cold.
Different people will enjoy different temperatures and will want to stay in the sauna for different lengths of time. Listen to your body and sauna within your limits.

How do I control the heat?

The heat is controlled by tending to the wood-fired heater and operating the various vents located throughout the sauna. Don't worry, we'll teach you.
For your safety and enjoyment, it is important to follow the instructions that are given to you in the included operations manual. Please read the manual prior to operating the sauna.

How long does the sauna take to warm up?

Depending on the outdoor ambient temperature, the sauna takes approximately 1 hour to warm up.

Can I consume alcohol in the sauna?

Can I smoke in the sauna?

Smoking (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is strictly prohibited in the sauna.

How do I pay?

We take payment by VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Once we confirm your rental, we will take your credit card information over the phone and directly input it into our secure virtual payment terminal.
We require a non-refundable 20% reservation deposit at the time of booking, paid by credit card.
Soon before your rental date, we will place a $2500 pre-authorization on your credit card as a damage deposit.
At the end of your rental period, we will charge your credit card for the remaining 80% balance of the rental fee and remove the pre-authorization.

What is your re-scheduling and cancellation policy?

You may re-schedule your rental to a different date until 1 week prior to the original rental date.
You may cancel your rental 48 hours or more, prior to your rental date and time.
